Las nuevas oficinas centrales de tini nacen de un reto doble: acoger a una empresa joven dedicada a la arquitectura industrializada —con una media de edad de 27 años—y traducir su carácter único en un espacio físico.
Un lugar que fuese elegante pero disruptivo, serio pero joven, y que, sobre todo, invitara a crear.

Las nuevas oficinas centrales de tini nacen de un reto doble: acoger a una empresa joven dedicada a la arquitectura industrializada —con una media de edad de 27 años— y traducir su carácter único en un espacio físico.
Un lugar que fuese elegante pero disruptivo, serio pero joven, y que, sobre todo, invitara a crear.
La intervención parte de la unión de dos oficinas previamente compartimentadas. La operación clave consiste en liberar el espacio y potenciar la luz natural para construir una planta abierta, flexible y luminosa. Una estantería continua y quebrada organiza el programa de manera fluida: genera ambientes distintos, pero conectados donde se produzcan conversaciones espontaneas.
El espacio existente estaba condicionado por dos largos ventanales de visiones radicalmente opuestas.
Por un lado, la fachada Este hacia la plaza interior del edificio: una vista dura, sin vegetación ni interés alguno. Por el otro, la fachada Oeste una vista ininterumpida de las copas de plátanos, pinos y cedros de la urbanización de La Florida, una panorámica elevada que cambia con las estaciones.
Esto condiciona totalmente la intervención. En la fachada menos amable se agrupan las salas de reuniones, que se cierran hacia el espacio central mediante una partición de costillas de madera y policarbonato translúcido retroiluminado, rematada con estores de bambú. Así se difumina la vista sin renunciar a la luminosidad.
En cambio, todo el espacio central se abre completamente a la vista vegetal, incluso colocando espejos estrategicamente para que cada puesto de trabajo, independientemente de su posición, pueda disfrutar del paisaje.
La materialidad responde a la filosofía de tini: sinceridad constructiva, calidez y un lenguaje industrial sin artificios.
El primer gesto es retirar la moqueta existente y dejar el suelo técnico de acero galvanizado completamente visto, convirtiéndolo en una superficie vibrante y honesta.
Este carácter industrial se equilibra mediante madera en particiones, puertas, mobiliario y detalles que aportan un contrapunto cálido y amable. Los panelados naranjas y los revestimientos acústicos de PET reciclado, en sutiles variaciones del naranja tini, construyen un hilo cromático coherente con el brand book de la empresa. El último toque se da con plantas exuberantes, como la gran alocasia, que da ambiente y frescor visual.
El resultado es un ambiente cálido, luminoso y acogedor, donde apetece trabajar. Un espacio que no pretende replicar un proyecto de tini, pero sí evocar la misma sensación que ellos buscan en su arquitectura: sencillez, honestidad, en definitiva un espacio acogedor que te invita a quedarte.

The new headquarters of tini were born from a double challenge: to accommodate a young company dedicated to industrialized architecture —with an average age of 27— and to translate its unique character into a physical space.
A place that would be elegant yet disruptive, serious but young, and above all, inviting to creativity.
The intervention begins with the merging of two previously compartmentalized offices. The key operation consists in freeing the space and enhancing natural light to create an open, flexible and bright floor plan. A continuous and folded shelving system organizes the program in a fluid way: it generates distinct but connected environments where spontaneous conversations can occur.
The existing space was conditioned by two long windows with radically opposite views.
On one side, the east façade facing the building’s inner courtyard: a harsh view, without vegetation or any interest. On the other, the west façade with an uninterrupted view of the treetops—plane trees, pines and cedars—of the La Florida development, an elevated panorama that changes with the seasons.
This completely conditions the intervention.
On the less pleasant façade, the meeting rooms are grouped, closed toward the central space by a partition of wooden ribs and backlit translucent polycarbonate, finished with bamboo blinds. This softens the view without sacrificing brightness.
In contrast, the entire central space opens completely to the green view, even placing mirrors strategically so that every workstation, regardless of its position, can enjoy the landscape.
The materiality responds to tini’s philosophy: constructive sincerity, warmth, and an industrial language without artifices. The first gesture is to remove the existing carpet and leave the galvanized steel raised floor completely exposed, turning it into a vibrant and honest surface. This industrial character is balanced by wood in partitions, doors, furniture and details that provide a warm and friendly counterpoint.
The orange paneling and recycled PET acoustic cladding, in subtle variations of tini’s orange, create a chromatic thread consistent with the company’s brand book. The final touch comes with lush plants, such as the large alocasia, which brings atmosphere and visual freshness.
The result is a warm, bright and welcoming environment where you feel like working.
A space that does not seek to replicate a tini project, but rather to evoke the same feeling they aim for in their architecture: simplicity, honesty, ultimately a welcoming space that invites you to stay.
